The Tabs added to TabBook are all added by users of the Application, if a artist does not want their tab added to user's TabBook we will remove the Tab if contacted. In any case, we respect the choice of the owner of the song.

The statement below can and should be applied to ALL song lyrics, chord progressions, tablatures, song titles, artist names, album titles and artwork, artist biographies, artist images and everything else related to the artist and song.

TabBook and everything related with TabBook does not own any rights about the content posted, the content is added by users who agree that they have the right to add this content to their TabBook, if they add an "open" tab, that other users can find, they are agreeing that they have the right to use and share the content e.g. if it's their own song. All the artwork is fetched from LastFM.
